These terms govern your use of services provided by Cyberou, a trading name of Daniel Kelley, registered in England. By subscribing to or purchasing any Cyberou service, you agree to these terms in full.
Cyberou provides content creation, security research, and influencer marketing services on a subscription or project basis. All services are delivered asynchronously via a private Trello board and email. No calls, meetings, or synchronous communication is required or offered.
The content subscription is a recurring monthly service. It includes unlimited content requests delivered one at a time, with unlimited revisions. The subscription renews automatically each month unless either party provides written notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle.
You may pause your subscription at any time for up to 30 cumulative days per billing cycle. Paused days do not count toward your subscription duration. The billing period end date will be extended by the number of days paused.
Sponsored posts are separate from the content subscription and are purchased individually. Each sponsored post includes content creation, distribution to our social media audience, and performance analytics. Sponsored posts are invoiced separately and are not included in the monthly subscription fee.
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle for subscriptions, or prior to publication for sponsored posts. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Work begins once payment has cleared. Net 30 payment terms are not offered as standard.
All approved content created under a subscription or project engagement becomes the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon approval and payment in full. Cyberou retains no rights to approved content.
Cyberou retains the right to reference the working relationship and display the client's name and logo in portfolio materials, case studies, and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All client information is treated as confidential by default. We are happy to sign reasonable NDAs. Content is never shared outside your organisation without explicit written approval.
Unlimited revisions are included with all subscription services. Revision time counts toward your subscription time allocation. Provide specific feedback on the Trello card and revisions will typically be completed within 24 hours for minor changes.
Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable. If the service is terminated by Cyberou, a prorated refund for unused days in the current billing cycle will be issued. If you are unsatisfied, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Either party may terminate the subscription by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. The subscription is month-to-month with no lock-in period. There are no termination fees.
Cyberou's total liability under any subscription or project engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Cyberou is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
